The session is conducted through an authorized remote online notarization platform using identity verification and live audio-video communication. Document eligibility, signer identification, location, technology requirements, and any applicable witness requirements will be reviewed before the appointment is confirmed. Additional platform, notarization, witness, or other applicable fees may apply and will be communicated before the notarization proceeds.
Cancellation Policy
Remote Online Notarization (RON) appointments are subject to review and confirmation. A booking request does not guarantee that the requested notarization can be performed. Document type, signer eligibility, identification, witness requirements, and other applicable requirements may need to be verified before the appointment is confirmed. Approved remote online notarizations are conducted through an authorized third-party RON technology platform. Clients will receive instructions for accessing the online notarization session after approval. Please contact Elevate as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
