LEGAL DISCLOSURES
Effective Date: August 27, 2026
Last Updated: August 27, 2026
Elevate Documents & Insurance Services (“Elevate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides professional administrative, document, notarial, translation, tax preparation, and licensed insurance services within the scope permitted by applicable law, licensing requirements, professional authorization, and the circumstances of each service.
The following disclosures are intended to help clients understand the nature and limitations of the services offered by Elevate.
1. General Professional Services Disclosure
Elevate is a professional services business serving individuals, families, and small businesses.
The availability of any service depends on factors that may include the client’s location, the nature of the requested service, applicable law, professional licensing or authorization, technological requirements, and third-party requirements.
A service displayed or described on our website is not necessarily available to every person or in every jurisdiction.
Elevate reserves the right to decline a request that falls outside our authorized scope, presents a conflict, lacks required information, or cannot appropriately be performed.
2. Non-Attorney Disclosure
Elevate Documents & Insurance Services is not a law firm.
We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice or legal representation.
Our document-preparation services are administrative in nature. We may assist clients in preparing documents using information and instructions supplied by the client.
We do not:
-
Advise clients about their legal rights or remedies;
-
Select legal strategies for clients;
-
Tell clients which legal action they should take;
-
Interpret law for a client’s particular circumstances;
-
Represent clients in court as attorneys; or
-
Create an attorney-client relationship through consultations, document preparation, website communications, or other Elevate services.
If your situation requires legal advice, legal interpretation, legal strategy, or representation, you should consult a qualified attorney.
3. Immigration Document Preparation Disclosure
Elevate may provide non-attorney immigration document-preparation assistance.
Our role is limited to permitted non-attorney assistance, such as administrative preparation of forms and organization of information based upon information and instructions supplied by the client.
Elevate is not a law firm and does not provide immigration legal advice or legal representation.
We do not determine which immigration benefit a person should seek, advise a person regarding immigration strategy, interpret immigration law for a client’s individual circumstances, or represent ourselves as authorized to practice immigration law.
Where a client’s matter requires legal advice or legal analysis, the client should consult a qualified immigration attorney or an appropriately authorized representative.
Elevate does not guarantee approval of any petition, application, visa, status, request, benefit, waiver, authorization, or other immigration matter.
USCIS, the U.S. Department of State, immigration courts, consular posts, the Department of Homeland Security, and other governmental authorities independently determine immigration outcomes.
Government filing fees and processing times are controlled by the applicable government authority and may change.
Clients are responsible for providing truthful, accurate, complete, and current information and for reviewing documents before signing or submission.
4. No Attorney-Client Relationship
Communicating with Elevate, completing a website form, scheduling a consultation, sending documents, purchasing a document-preparation service, or receiving administrative assistance does not establish an attorney-client relationship.
Information provided on our website concerning forms, procedures, document requirements, or government processes is intended for general informational or administrative-service purposes and should not be interpreted as individualized legal advice.
5. Insurance Services Disclosure
Insurance services are offered only within the insurance lines and jurisdictions in which the applicable Elevate insurance professional is properly licensed or otherwise authorized.
Insurance products, coverage availability, premiums, eligibility, underwriting, exclusions, limitations, effective dates, and policy terms are determined by the applicable insurance carrier and policy documentation.
A consultation, inquiry, application, premium estimate, or quote does not by itself create or bind insurance coverage.
Coverage becomes effective only when established according to the applicable insurer’s requirements.
Elevate cannot guarantee that an applicant will qualify for a particular insurance product, premium, coverage amount, underwriting classification, or policy.
Clients should review the actual insurance policy, carrier documents, exclusions, limitations, and applicable notices before making coverage decisions.
Unless expressly authorized and implemented in compliance with applicable insurance requirements, insurance premiums are not collected through Elevate’s website.
6. Florida Notary Public Disclosure
Notarial services are performed in accordance with applicable Florida law and notarial requirements.
A Florida notary public is not an attorney and may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice unless otherwise authorized by law.
A notary’s role generally involves performing authorized notarial acts, verifying required identification, administering oaths or acknowledgments when appropriate, and completing the applicable notarial certificate.
A notary does not determine whether a document is legally sufficient, whether a transaction is advisable, or whether a document protects a signer’s legal interests.
The signer is responsible for understanding the document being signed.
Elevate or the notary may refuse to perform a notarization when required identification, willingness, competency, document requirements, or other applicable conditions are not satisfied.
7. Remote Online Notarization (RON) Disclosure
Remote Online Notarization is subject to applicable Florida law and technological, identification, recordkeeping, and platform requirements.
RON services may require the use of an eligible third-party Remote Online Notarization platform.
Clients may be required to complete identity verification, credential analysis, audiovisual communication, or other security procedures before a remote notarization can proceed.
A requested document may not necessarily qualify for remote notarization.
Elevate does not guarantee that a particular recipient, governmental authority, foreign jurisdiction, financial institution, title company, court, or other third party will accept a remotely notarized document.
Clients should confirm recipient requirements when acceptance is uncertain.
8. Certified Translation Disclosure
Elevate may provide professional and certified translation services for eligible documents.
A certified translation generally includes a certification concerning the completeness and accuracy of the translation.
Certification does not constitute a governmental approval, legal opinion, authentication, apostille, or guarantee of acceptance by a particular recipient.
Requirements may vary among USCIS, courts, educational institutions, licensing authorities, foreign governments, consulates, employers, and other organizations.
Clients are responsible for informing Elevate of known recipient-specific requirements.
Elevate does not guarantee acceptance of a translation by any particular third party.
9. Tax Preparation Disclosure
Elevate may provide tax preparation services within the scope for which the applicable preparer is authorized.
Tax returns and related services are prepared substantially from information and documentation supplied by the client.
Clients are responsible for providing complete, truthful, accurate, and timely information and for reviewing their tax returns before signing or filing.
Elevate does not guarantee:
-
A particular tax refund;
-
Eligibility for a particular credit or deduction;
-
A particular tax liability;
-
Acceptance of a return without further review;
-
Processing within a particular timeframe; or
-
A particular outcome in an audit, examination, adjustment, or other action by a taxing authority.
Tax laws and administrative guidance can change. Additional engagement terms, authorizations, disclosures, due-diligence requirements, or documentation may apply depending upon the return or service.
Nothing on the general Elevate website should be interpreted as individualized tax advice unless provided as part of an applicable professional tax service.
10. Document Preparation Disclosure
Document preparation services are performed using information and instructions supplied or approved by the client.
Elevate may assist with administrative preparation, organization, formatting, completion, and review for completeness within the permitted scope of the service.
Clients remain responsible for reviewing documents for factual accuracy before signing, filing, submitting, or otherwise using them.
Document preparation does not guarantee that a document will be accepted by a government agency, court, business, financial institution, foreign authority, or other recipient.
When preparation of a document would require legal advice or legal judgment outside Elevate’s authorized scope, Elevate may decline the service or recommend that the client consult an attorney or other appropriately qualified professional.
11. Government Forms and Agency Affiliation
Elevate is an independent professional services business.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Elevate is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of USCIS, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Department of State, the Internal Revenue Service, the State of Florida, or any other government agency.
Government forms may often be available directly from the applicable government agency without charge.
Fees paid to Elevate compensate Elevate for professional or administrative services provided and are separate from government filing fees unless expressly stated otherwise.
Government agencies establish their own filing fees, procedures, eligibility standards, processing times, and decisions.
12. No Guarantee of Results
Elevate does not guarantee outcomes controlled by third parties.
This includes, without limitation:
-
Immigration approvals or processing times;
-
Tax refunds or tax determinations;
-
Insurance underwriting or coverage decisions;
-
Government processing;
-
Acceptance of translations;
-
Acceptance or legal effect of documents;
-
Acceptance of notarized or remotely notarized documents; or
-
Decisions made by courts, agencies, carriers, financial institutions, educational institutions, foreign authorities, or other third parties.
Our responsibility is to perform the service we agree to provide professionally and within our authorized scope.
13. Deadlines and Processing Times
Clients are responsible for informing Elevate of known filing dates, expiration dates, appointments, court dates, travel dates, tax deadlines, government deadlines, or other time-sensitive requirements when requesting a service.
Government and third-party processing times are outside Elevate’s control.
Unless Elevate expressly agrees in writing to a particular completion deadline, estimated turnaround or processing times are informational and should not be interpreted as guarantees.
14. Sensitive Documents and Electronic Communications
Some Elevate services involve highly sensitive personal information.
Clients should not submit Social Security numbers, financial records, tax documents, immigration records, identification documents, or similarly sensitive information through ordinary website contact forms or unsecured communication channels unless specifically instructed to do so.
When sensitive documents are required, Elevate may provide instructions for an appropriate submission method.
Clients should exercise reasonable caution when transmitting confidential information electronically.
15. Geographic and Licensing Limitations
Elevate is based in Ocala, Florida and serves clients subject to applicable service, licensing, jurisdictional, and technological requirements.
The fact that Elevate’s website can be accessed from another state or country does not mean that every Elevate service is legally or operationally available in that location.
Regulated services are offered only where the applicable professional is authorized to provide them.
Remote availability varies by service and does not create unrestricted nationwide or international service availability.
16. Website Information Disclaimer
Information provided on the Elevate website is intended to describe our services and provide general information.
Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information, laws, regulations, agency policies, government forms, filing fees, insurance requirements, tax rules, and third-party procedures may change.
Website information should therefore not be relied upon as a substitute for current government instructions, applicable professional advice, or the terms of a specific engagement with Elevate.
17. Third-Party Platforms and Providers
Elevate may use independent third-party providers to support services, including website hosting, scheduling, payment processing, communications, document storage or transfer, insurance-related systems, tax-related technology, and Remote Online Notarization.
Those providers may have their own eligibility requirements, terms, privacy policies, security practices, fees, or technical limitations.
Elevate is not responsible for independent third-party outages, policies, decisions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
18. Professional Referrals
When a client’s needs fall outside Elevate’s permitted scope, we may recommend that the client seek assistance from an attorney, accountant, tax professional, insurance specialist, government agency, or other appropriately qualified professional.
Any such recommendation does not necessarily constitute an endorsement or guarantee of another professional’s services.
Clients remain responsible for selecting and engaging independent professionals.
19. Relationship to Other Website Policies
These Legal Disclosures should be read together with Elevate’s:

Service-specific agreements, disclosures, consent forms, booking policies, or engagement terms may also apply to particular services.
