TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: August 27, 2026
Last Updated: August 27, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Elevate Documents & Insurance Services (“Elevate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website and your interactions with Elevate for consultations, appointments, document-related services, insurance services, notarial services, translation services, tax preparation, and other services we may offer.
By using our website, scheduling an appointment, requesting a service, submitting information, or purchasing an eligible service, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

1. About Elevate
Elevate Documents & Insurance Services provides professional services that may include:

  • Licensed insurance services within the lines and jurisdictions in which the applicable insurance professional is authorized;

  • Florida notary public and Remote Online Notarization services where permitted;

  • Certified translation services;

  • Tax preparation and document preparation services;

  • Non-attorney immigration document preparation; and

  • Other administrative or document-related services that may be offered from time to time.

The availability, scope, eligibility, and pricing of services may vary depending on the client’s circumstances, location, applicable law, licensing requirements, and the nature of the requested service.

2. No Attorney-Client Relationship
Elevate is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation.
Unless a service is being provided by a separately identified licensed attorney, which would be expressly disclosed, no communication, consultation, document-preparation service, or interaction with Elevate creates an attorney-client relationship.
For non-attorney immigration document preparation and other document-preparation services, Elevate may assist clients with administrative preparation based on information and instructions provided by the client.
We do not select legal strategies, determine legal rights, provide legal opinions, represent clients before courts or agencies as attorneys, or advise clients regarding what legal action they should take.
Clients requiring legal advice should consult a qualified attorney.

3. Insurance Services
Insurance services are provided only within the insurance lines and jurisdictions for which the applicable insurance professional is properly licensed or otherwise authorized.
Insurance coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, underwriting requirements, eligibility standards, and approval of the applicable insurance carrier.
Submitting an inquiry, scheduling a consultation, requesting a quote, or providing information to Elevate does not create or bind insurance coverage.
Coverage becomes effective only when confirmed according to the requirements of the applicable insurer.
Unless expressly authorized and implemented in compliance with applicable requirements, insurance premiums are not collected through the Elevate website.

4. Notary and Remote Online Notarization
Notarial services are performed in accordance with applicable law and notarial requirements.
A notary public is not responsible for determining whether a document is legally sufficient or appropriate for a client’s circumstances and may not provide legal advice unless separately authorized to practice law.
Clients are responsible for providing acceptable identification and satisfying applicable identity-verification, witnessing, document, technology, and eligibility requirements.
Elevate or the notary may decline or discontinue a notarization when applicable legal, identification, competency, willingness, document, technological, or other required conditions are not satisfied.
Remote Online Notarization availability may depend on applicable law, technology-provider requirements, identity verification, and the nature of the document.

5. Translation Services
Elevate may provide translation and certified translation services for eligible documents.
A certified translation generally represents the translator’s or service provider’s certification concerning the completeness and accuracy of the translation. It does not constitute a guarantee that a government agency, court, educational institution, foreign authority, or other recipient will accept the translation.
Clients are responsible for identifying any special formatting, certification, notarization, apostille, agency, or recipient requirements before the service is completed.

6. Tax Preparation Services
Tax preparation services are based substantially on information and documents supplied by the client.
Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information and for reviewing their returns and related documents before signing or filing.
Elevate may request additional documentation or clarification when reasonably necessary to prepare a return or provide a tax-related service.
Tax preparation does not guarantee a particular refund, tax result, credit, deduction, processing time, or outcome with the Internal Revenue Service or any state or other taxing authority.
Additional engagement terms, authorizations, disclosures, or acknowledgments may apply to tax preparation services.

7. Document Preparation Services
Elevate prepares or assists with documents using information supplied or approved by the client.
Clients are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information they provide.
Elevate may identify missing information, clerical inconsistencies, or administrative requirements as part of the preparation process, but document-preparation services do not constitute legal advice.
Where a client’s matter requires legal interpretation, legal strategy, or representation, the client may be advised to consult an attorney.

8. Non-Attorney Immigration Document Preparation
Elevate may provide non-attorney immigration document-preparation assistance based on information and instructions provided by the client.
Elevate is not a law firm, and non-attorney personnel do not provide legal advice or legal representation.
We do not guarantee approval of any immigration petition, application, request, visa, status, benefit, or other immigration matter.
Decisions regarding immigration benefits are made exclusively by the appropriate governmental authorities.
Clients remain responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, and completeness of the information and documents submitted in connection with their matter.
Where required or appropriate, clients may be asked to acknowledge a separate service agreement or non-attorney disclosure before document-preparation work begins.

9. Consultations and Appointments
Certain Elevate services may begin with a consultation so that we can understand the client’s needs, determine whether the requested service is within our permitted scope, and establish applicable pricing and requirements.
A consultation does not obligate Elevate to accept a matter or provide a particular service.
Appointments may be offered in person, remotely, or through other permitted methods depending on the service.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and attending scheduled appointments on time.

10. Pricing and Payment
Service prices may be fixed, quoted after consultation, calculated based on document complexity or volume, or otherwise determined according to the particular service.
Pricing will be communicated to the client before paid work begins whenever reasonably practicable.
Government filing fees, insurance premiums, shipping charges, third-party platform fees, apostille fees, recording fees, or other third-party charges are separate from Elevate’s professional service fees unless expressly stated otherwise.
Payment may be required in full or in part before work begins, depending on the service.
Eligible online payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

11. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, appointment cancellations, rescheduling, deposits, and service cancellations are governed by Elevate’s Refund & Cancellation Policy and any service-specific agreement provided to the client.
Where work has already begun, documents have been prepared, appointments have been reserved, third-party costs have been incurred, or a service has been substantially or fully performed, some or all fees may become non-refundable as described in the applicable policy or agreement.

12. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, truthful, complete, and current information;

  • Review documents and information for accuracy before signing, filing, submission, or completion;

  • Respond reasonably promptly to requests for information or documents;

  • Disclose relevant deadlines when requesting services;

  • Provide authentic documents and identification;

  • Follow applicable instructions for secure document submission;

  • Pay agreed service fees and applicable third-party charges; and

  • Notify Elevate promptly if information previously provided becomes inaccurate or changes.

Elevate may suspend or decline a service when required information is incomplete, inconsistent, apparently fraudulent, unlawful, outside our authorized scope, or otherwise prevents responsible completion of the service.

13. Sensitive Information and Document Submission
Some services require sensitive personal information or documents.
Clients should not send Social Security numbers, financial records, immigration records, tax documents, identification documents, or similarly sensitive information through ordinary website contact forms or unsecured communication methods unless specifically instructed to do so.
When sensitive information is necessary, Elevate may provide an appropriate submission method or specific instructions.

14. No Guarantee of Outcome
Elevate commits to providing services professionally and within the applicable scope of the service.
However, we cannot guarantee outcomes controlled by third parties.
This includes decisions or processing by government agencies, immigration authorities, taxing authorities, insurance carriers, courts, educational institutions, foreign governments, financial institutions, notarial technology providers, or other third parties.
Estimated processing times provided by Elevate are informational unless expressly guaranteed in writing by Elevate.

15. Website Information
Information presented on the Elevate website is provided for general informational and service-description purposes.
We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current but cannot guarantee that every page will always reflect the latest laws, regulations, government fees, agency procedures, insurance requirements, or third-party policies.
Website information should not be treated as legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice beyond the specific professional service for which Elevate has been engaged and is authorized to provide.

16. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website or services may interact with or provide access to third-party platforms, payment processors, scheduling systems, government websites, insurance carriers, document services, Remote Online Notarization platforms, or other providers.
Elevate does not control independent third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security practices, policies, processing times, or actions.
Use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

17. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the Elevate name, branding, website design, original website content, graphics, service descriptions, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Elevate Documents & Insurance Services.
You may use website materials for ordinary personal informational purposes but may not reproduce, sell, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit Elevate’s proprietary materials without permission.
Government forms and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and are not claimed as Elevate intellectual property.

18. Prohibited Use
You may not use our website or services to:

  • Provide false or fraudulent information;

  • Facilitate unlawful activity;

  • Impersonate another person without authorization;

  • Interfere with website security or functionality;

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or information;

  • Submit malicious software or harmful content; or

  • Violate applicable law or the rights of another person.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service where reasonably necessary to protect Elevate, our clients, third parties, or compliance obligations.

19. Limitation of Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Elevate is not responsible for losses or consequences resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by a client, missed deadlines not reasonably disclosed to us, client failure to review documents, third-party decisions or delays, governmental actions, carrier decisions, technology outages, or circumstances outside Elevate’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

20. Privacy
Our collection and handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Clients using our website or services should review that policy together with these Terms.

21. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, business practices, technology, or applicable requirements.
The current version will be posted on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of our website or services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acknowledgment of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply.
Nothing in these Terms expands the geographic scope in which Elevate or its professionals are legally authorized to provide a regulated service.
