• Notary Services — in-person and Remote Online Notarization (RON)

• Tax Preparation Services — personal and basic small business tax filing

• Immigration Form Assistance — help completing immigration forms and organizing supporting documents

• Insurance Services — life insurance solutions and financial protection planning

Translation Services: All certified translations are completed by qualified professionals and include a signed certification suitable for official and immigration use. We do not guarantee acceptance by any specific government agency, institution, or authority, as acceptance is at their sole discretion.

Immigration Services: We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. Our immigration form assistance is limited to helping clients complete forms and organize documents. For legal advice regarding immigration matters, please consult a licensed immigration attorney.

Tax Services: Our tax preparation services are provided for informational and filing purposes. We are not responsible for any errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

Insurance Services: Insurance consultations are provided free of charge. Insurance products are subject to eligibility, underwriting, and approval by the respective insurance carriers.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is required before delivery of completed services

• We accept major payment methods as communicated at the time of service

• Rush service fees apply for same-day or 24-hour turnaround requests

• All fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD)

• Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issuance

5. Client Responsibilities

By requesting our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information

• Submit legible and complete documents for translation or processing

• Notify us promptly of any errors or concerns within 48 hours of receiving completed work

• Use our services only for lawful purposes
