📋 REFUND POLICY

1. General Policy
At Elevate Doc & Insurance Services, we are committed to delivering high-quality professional services. Due to the nature of our work — which involves time, expertise, and professional labor — our refund policy is service-specific as outlined below.
2. Translation Services
Full Refund: A full refund will be issued if:
We are unable to complete your translation due to circumstances on our end
You cancel your request before work has begun
Partial Refund: A partial refund may be issued if:
Work has begun but is not yet completed at the time of cancellation
The refund amount will reflect the work already completed
No Refund: No refund will be issued if:
The translation has been completed and delivered
The client provided inaccurate or incomplete documents that affected the quality of the translation
The document was rejected by a third party (government agency, court, institution) for reasons unrelated to the quality of our translation
Corrections: If you believe your completed translation contains an error, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review and correct any errors on our part at no additional charge.
3. Notary Services
Full Refund: A full refund will be issued if:
The notarization appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance
No Refund: No refund will be issued if:
The notarization has been completed
The client cancels with less than 24 hours notice
The client fails to appear for a scheduled appointment
The notarization cannot be completed due to the client's failure to provide proper identification or complete documents
4. Tax Preparation Services
Full Refund: A full refund will be issued if:
You cancel before your tax return preparation has begun
No Refund: No refund will be issued if:
Your tax return has been prepared and delivered
Errors result from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client
5. Immigration Form Assistance
Full Refund: A full refund will be issued if:
You cancel before work on your forms has begun
No Refund: No refund will be issued if:
Work has been completed and delivered
A form is rejected by a government agency for reasons unrelated to our assistance
6. Insurance Services
Insurance consultations are provided free of charge and are therefore not subject to refund considerations. Insurance premiums paid directly to insurance carriers are subject to the refund policies of those carriers and are outside our control.
7. Rush Service Fees
Rush service fees are non-refundable once work has begun, regardless of the outcome.
